xxx-bet Terms and Conditions

1 General

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the xxx-bet platform and its users. By accessing the xxx-bet website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

xxx-bet is an online betting and casino platform that provides slots, live casino, sports betting and other gaming services to Bangladeshi users. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.3 Account Security

3 Age Requirement

All betting and casino activities on xxx-bet are strictly for persons aged 21 and above (21+). Underage individuals may not use this platform. xxx-bet is committed to preventing underage users from accessing its services.

If an account is opened using false age information, it will be closed immediately and any bonuses in that account will be cancelled. xxx-bet is firmly committed to child protection and will notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

4 Payments and Transactions

4.1 Deposits

xxx-bet currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposited funds are added directly to your gaming account, and in the case of fraudulent transactions xxx-bet reserves the right to reverse any deposit or suspend the account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.3 Transaction Validity

You confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method you are using. Using another person's account or card for transactions is prohibited. xxx-bet reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and to hold funds where necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

xxx-bet offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, you must make your first deposit after registering. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Using the example above, the ৳1,500 bonus requires total wagering of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000. No funds from the bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• xxx-bet reserves the right to change or discontinue bonus offers without prior notice.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account in question will be cancelled.
• Separate terms apply for VIP cashback benefits.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

All bets on xxx-bet are recorded electronically. Only bets confirmed by the system are valid. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply. If an event is cancelled or circumstances are uncertain, xxx-bet reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing artificial bets or using arbitrage strategies is prohibited.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots is prohibited.
• Placing bets from another user's account is prohibited.
• Betting on the basis of match fixing or illegal information is prohibited.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

xxx-bet takes the utmost care in collecting, storing and using users' personal information. Your data is never sold to any third party. It is used only for operating the service, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations.

8 Responsible Gaming

xxx-bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Bonus abuse.
• Technical or security risks.

10.3 After Account Closure

Any legitimate funds (not bonuses) remaining in a permanently closed account will be returned upon request, subject to investigation.

11 Changes to Terms
